We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Office Manager to oversee our facility operations, ensuring our teams have the resources and environments needed to thrive.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining Coco’s office and warehouse facilities to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee office and warehouse operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.

  • Responsible for building management, office supply inventory, janitorial staff, conference room booking and A/V equipment, snacks, supplies, mail and shipping services, and general office IT systems.

  • Manage building security systems, including key card access, surveillance, and alarms.

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office space planning.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards.

  • Maintain facility supplies, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities operations.

  • Familiarity with building security, maintenance, and safety compliance.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of A/V systems, networking, hardware, and IT troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Google Workspace, IT asset management, and Mac/Windows environments.
