VP of Enterprise Sales
Sales & Business Development
San Francisco, CA, USA
USD 126,500-209,200 / year
Hubble Network was founded with the intention of delivering on the promise of what Internet-of-Things (IoT) was supposed to be. We're building a global Bluetooth® network dedicated to machine-to-machine connectivity. We differentiate ourselves as the first modem-less and gateway-less, direct-to-satellite network from off-the-shelf Bluetooth® Low Energy chips. Hubble is ideal for applications in logistics, AgTech, and maritime where economies of scale for volume consumer and enterprise asset tracking is a priority. Our goal is to be the first billion-endpoint-connected network in the world.
Hubble is an early-stage, venture-backed startup supported by some of the best investors in the world. In their previous lives, the founding team has been successful in raising $100s of millions in venture funding, developing the Amazon Sidewalk network, launching billions of dollars of space assets, and leading their teams to successful exits, both through acquisition and IPO. We are now looking to bring on talented team members who are the best at what they do to help us make Hubble a reality for the world.
We’re looking for a VP of Enterprise Sales to build and lead Hubble’s direct enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is an executive, build-from-scratch mandate: you’ll design the enterprise sales strategy, build and scale a team of verticalized Account Executives, and personally close the strategic, high-ACV logos that anchor Hubble’s growth in Fleet & Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial & Construction, and Life Sciences. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you’ll be the executive face of Hubble’s enterprise revenue engine — the person our largest customers’ C-suite thinks of first when they think satellite-to-Bluetooth asset visibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own enterprise sales strategy end-to-end: target verticals, territory design, and the number
- Build and lead the enterprise AE organization from scratch — recruit, ramp, coach, and retain top quota-carrying talent
- Personally run and close Hubble's largest, most strategic deals ($250K+ ACV, complex, multi-stakeholder cycles)
- Own forecasting and pipeline management, targeting 80%+ accuracy, reporting into leadership and the board
- Build and enforce a repeatable sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC)
- Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, building relationships up to the C-suite
- Design compensation, quota, and incentive structures that drive the right rep behavior
- Establish the sales org's operating cadence: pipeline reviews, QBRs, win/loss analysis, and enablement
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to align GTM with product and unit economics
- Represent Hubble at industry events and with prospective enterprise customers globally
- Build the playbook, ramp plan, and enablement content to scale the motion beyond the initial hires
