Full Stack Engineer, ERP Systems

The Role

We are hiring strong software engineers to build the systems that run our company.

You will design and ship production-critical software that directly supports manufacturing, supply chain, and sales, including building our in-house ERP/MRP system from the ground up. The systems you build are used every day to operate the business, and reliability matters.

You will work across the stack to design and implement the core systems that power production, inventory, planning, and execution.

This role requires engineers who can take ambiguous, real-world problems and turn them into working, maintainable software.

We are hiring multiple engineers for this team. While most roles are full-stack, at least one position will have a deeper focus on DevOps and production infrastructure.

You Will

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React

• Design and own APIs, data models, and system architecture

• Develop core components of an in-house ERP/MRP platform

• Integrate systems across MES, PLM, warehouse, and internal tools

• Own services in production, including deployment, monitoring, and reliability

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure

• Improve system performance, observability, and resilience

• Work closely with operations teams to solve real workflow challenges

Software Engineering (Primary)

• 3+ years of industry experience building production software

• Strong experience building full-stack applications (Python + JavaScript)

• Proficiency with React and modern web development

• Solid understanding of APIs, system design, and data modeling

• Experience building and maintaining production systems end-to-end

• Infrastructure & Production Systems

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of monitoring, reliability, and system performance

• Systems & Integration

• Experience building or integrating complex internal systems across multiple domains

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP concepts is a plus (not required)

Execution & Communication

• Ability to take loosely defined problems and deliver working solutions

• Ability to clearly explain systems and decisions to non-engineers

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or production systems

• Familiarity with MES or PLM integrations

• Experience building internal tools for operations teams

• Strong testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)

• Experience with tools like Cypress or React Testing Library

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $220,000 + equity
