Full Stack Engineer, ERP Systems

The Role

Own the internal software stack that powers manufacturing, supply chain, and sales. You will build and scale full-stack systems on top of ERP platforms such as Odoo and NetSuite, develop reliable APIs and internal tools, and help operate the infrastructure that keeps operations running.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, ERP customization, and production infrastructure. You will work closely with operations, manufacturing, and engineering teams to build systems that make the company run.

We are hiring several engineers for this team, and at least one role will focus heavily on DevOps and production infrastructure ownership.

You Will

• Extend ERP systems (Odoo or NetSuite) to support custom manufacturing and operational workflows

• Design scalable data models, APIs (REST or GraphQL), and internal dashboards used by operations teams

• Build integrations with PLM, MES, warehouse, and other production systems

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure

• Improve reliability, observability, and monitoring across internal systems

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure to run production services

• Translate operational pain points into reliable production software that improves team efficiency

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Python

• Strong DevOps and infrastructure experience, including building and operating CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, and production environments

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience using Python and JavaScript

• Strong experience with React and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Experience building and deploying production systems end-to-end, from architecture through iteration

• Experience integrating ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP

• Ability to clearly explain complex systems to non-engineers

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling ERP systems in manufacturing environments

• Experience building internal tools for operations teams

• Experience improving system observability, monitoring, and production reliability

• Testing experience including end-to-end testing, integration testing, and black box testing

• Experience with testing tools such as React Testing Library or Cypress

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $220,000 + equity
